CONDITION OF RENTAL:
The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Guest may cook in areas specifically designated for cooking. Guest must immediately notify Owner of agent of fire or other damage to property. Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Property Manager, and/or the Booking Agent as provided to Guest. Guest will not smoke indoors. No parties shall be allowed without prior consent. Additional charges may apply. Guest acknowledges that the owner would not rent the property unless the Guest accepted this condition.

PET POLICY:

We love welcoming pets! To keep the property enjoyable for all guests we ask that you please keep your pet(s) supervised and on a leash when indoors, clean up after them outside, and don’t allow them on any furniture or beds. Thank you for helping us keep our lodge clean and comfortable for everyone. Guests shall not bring any pets onto the property without notice and paid required onetime $40 pet fee. 

POLICY FOR DAMAGES:
If any damages incur on the property (guests’ rooms, common areas, etc.), the guest needs to notify us at (605) 673-3373 and we will assess the billing/costs of the damages to maintain our lodging accommodations. An invoice will be sent to the guest to be paid in full.

INSURANCE:
You understand that our insurance does not cover your belongings or damage that you cause. You agree that neither we nor the Property Owner are responsible for any loss or damage during the term of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival are eligible for a refund minus any applicable/processing fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows, and early departures are not eligible for a refund.
