CONDITION OF RENTAL:
The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Guest may cook in areas specifically designated for cooking. Guest must immediately notify Owner of agent of fire or other damage to property. Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Property Manager, and/or the Booking Agent as provided to Guest. Guests shall not bring any pets onto the property without notice; pets are not allowed in the lodge or cabin. Guest will not smoke indoors. No parties shall be allowed without prior consent. Additional charges may apply. Guest acknowledges that the owner would not rent the property unless the Guest accepted this condition.

POLICY FOR DAMAGES:
If any damages incur on the property (guests rooms, common areas, etc.), the guest needs to notify us at (605) 673-3373 and we will assess the billing/costs of the damages to maintain our lodging accomodations. An invoice will be sent to the guest to be payed in full.

INSURANCE:
You understand that our insurance does not cover your belongings or damage that you cause. You agree that neither we nor the Property Owner are responsible for any loss or damage during the term of your stay.

FULLFILLMENT POLICIES

• REFUNDS: Travelers can get a 100% refund minus the credit card fees required to process the refund.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their reservation at any time
